Staff members like Can and Emir were really good they enhanced our stay with their friendliness and professionalism.

Air conditioning was inadequate leading to an uncomfortable environment many complaints went unaddressed .

We had a really great stay for their business trip.

Really enjoyed our rooms with breakfast included.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, it's good standard hotel with excellent staff from the room cleaning service to the manager. Comforts of a double room were fabulous - a mini bar, climate control, and a laptop-size safe. The bus stop was 5 minutes' walk away: D

The breakfast buffet is a standout feature, with a wide variety of options including fruits, cheeses, and an omelette station. The gym is decent, equipped with cardio machines and free weights. A sauna that adds a nice touch to the experience.

Air conditioning issues are a recurring problem. Several guests found it inadequate, leading to uncomfortable room temperatures. There were consistent complaints about noise from traffic and other guests, which could disrupt a good night's sleep. Guests faced challenges with the restaurant, pointing out delays and poor service quality, further detracting from the overall dining experience. Lastly, the persistent smell of cigarette smoke permeating non-smoking rooms is concerning and unacceptable.

Fairly clean hotel with great location in Istanbul short walk to now somewhere in nowhere, shopping centre and many shopping malls. Free parking on site provided. The check out is late.

Wonderful and enjoyable units with comfortable beds, balcony, safe, and the staff were wonderful.

Thesuper clean and cozy room enhanced the stay, complemented by the staff's cordiality and eagerness to assist. Breakfast featured amazing food, though clearer labeling would be beneficial to avoid mix-ups. The hotel had a somewhat dark and gloomy feeling in common areas , along with a lack of local amenities nearby. There was a feeling of being overlooked regarding loyalty recognition at check-in.

Flipping enjoyed the brekkie, real lekker selection! Spacious room felt comfy like home. The staff were friendly, chommies really tried to assist us!

The location's a bit isolated, not much happening around there.

Spent 10 nights, and I must say, the clean, comfy room was a braw touch. But the breakfast was pure disappointing, with not even proper eggs. Staff were quite helpful, but some were a bit off in the service department. Still, a decent stay overall.

Calm vibes and comfy stays

The staff were super friendly, and I loved chilling in the garden with all the cute kittens. The room was really spacious and the bed? Like sleeping on a cloud! But they really need to sort out that broken waffle machine at breakfast. Would also love to see more coffee options.

It was just a reliable pick for a short weekend trip in Istanbul with good price value. The staff was accommodating when I needed an extra towel, nice. Avoid the top floors if you're sensitive to noise from traffic.

The Hilton Garden offers an excellent value with a clean room and excellent amenities. The breakfast buffet is commendable, with a variety of choices including Turkish tea, coffee, and juices. The fast WiFi and accessible 24-hour gym greatly enhance the convenience for business travelers. The free shuttle service to and from Ataturk Airport is a notable perk for ease of travel.

The hotel's location is somewhat isolated, lacking nearby dining options after hours.

This venue is very clean with complimentary parking, the rooms are outfitted with cozy beds and some even have a balcony, plus there's a fantastic bar on site.
